Hardships and Changes to the Mission

The problems that my mission delt with, were only civil problems, not earthquakes not fires. They did not have to rebuild MIssion Santa Barbara. After the war, the Mexicans took the religion out of the missions. Spanish priests and soldiers lost their powers(secularzation) California indians were then allowed to leave, but most stayed. Most of the missions still have active churches. These are the hardships and changes to the mission.
